Welcome to Alia Benitez's Professional Portfolio!

Bio

Based out of Northern Virginia, Alia Benitez is a senior at George Mason University pursuing a Bachelor's in Writing & Rhetoric and a minor in Professional & Technical Writing. Her goals for this course are to achieve better proficiency with HTML, better acquaint herself with CSS, and successfully build a webpage for herself. Through achieving these goals, Alia will attain the foundation needed to build other HTML websites for professional and personal projects. Her strengths lie in professional teamwork, communication, writing/editing. She is proficient with traditional art (drawing by hand), but would prefer to be grouped with artists with digital proficiencies.

When she's not at school or working, Alia loves to crochet, read, listen to music, and play video games. She enjoys baking, curling up beneath blankets with a fresh cup of tea, and playing Dungeons & Dragons once a week with her friends. She loves to travel with her husband; so far they have traveled up and down the US East Coast, into Canada, and to Japan. Alia looks forward to planning where to go next!
